Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms of use apply to the use of ZEISE MEDIA and the associated content, functions and web projects, unless different terms are stated for individual services.

ZEISE MEDIA provides editorial, cultural, project-related and technical information. This may include content on short films, projects, cultural venues, archives, applications and protected work areas.

2. Content and availability

Content is created and maintained with care. There is no entitlement to completeness, freedom from errors, permanent publication or uninterrupted availability.

Content, functions, addresses, project pages and technical processes may be changed, supplemented, removed or temporarily restricted where editorial, technical, organisational or legal reasons require it.

Archived content may reflect a historical status and does not necessarily have to be updated continuously.

3. Content and rights

Texts, images, videos, graphics, logos, layouts, source references, data structures and other content may be reused only within statutory limits or with explicit permission.

Linking to publicly accessible pages is permitted as long as this does not create a misleading impression about the origin, responsibility or approval of the content.

Third-party rights, in particular copyrights, trademark rights, personality rights and data protection rights, must be respected.

4. External content and links

External links lead to third-party services. ZEISE MEDIA is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

This also applies to linked organiser pages, social media profiles, maps, route planners, media libraries, shops, platforms or other external services.

5. ZEISE MEDIA account and protected areas

Protected areas may be used only with an authorised ZEISE MEDIA account. There is no entitlement to access or approval for specific projects.

Login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be passed on to other people.

Approvals, roles and access rights may be granted, changed, restricted or withdrawn per project where this is necessary for organisational, technical or legal reasons.

6. Use of connected web projects

Connected web projects such as NEXTPRIDE, SPERLINK, ZEISE CLOUD, ZEISE CODES or ZEISE MEDIA DEV may provide their own functions and protected work areas.

Anyone who creates, edits or publishes content there is responsible for the factual accuracy, lawfulness and purpose-bound use of that content.

Project functions may be used only within the intended scope. Use to bypass access restrictions, overload technical systems or manipulate data is prohibited.

7. Prohibited use

In particular, use for unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, insulting, threatening, harmful or abusive content is prohibited.

Spam, automated mass requests, scraping without permission, security circumvention, malware, phishing, identity misuse and interference with technical processes are also prohibited.

ZEISE MEDIA may block, restrict or remove content, access or functions if there is a violation of these terms, legal requirements or legitimate protection interests.

8. User content

User content is content that authorised people create or edit in protected areas, for example events, short links, notes, contact data, media data, project information or editorial additions.

Such content may be created only if the required rights and authorisations are in place.

ZEISE MEDIA may review, correct, deactivate, block or delete user content where this is required for operation, security, quality, rights protection or legal requirements.

9. Short links and redirects

Short links and redirects must not use destination addresses that are unlawful, misleading, harmful, deceptive or abusive.

Short links may be deactivated, changed or deleted if destination addresses are no longer reachable, violate these terms or if technical or legal reasons require it.

Permanent availability of individual short links is not guaranteed.

10. Liability

ZEISE MEDIA is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. In cases of simple negligence, liability exists only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and is limited to foreseeable damage, where legally permissible.

No liability is assumed for external content, linked services, technical disruptions outside ZEISE MEDIA's own area of responsibility or the permanent availability of individual functions.

11. Changes

These terms of use may be adapted if content, functions, technical processes, connected web projects or legal requirements change.

The published version in effect at the time applies to use.
